Info for Rachmaninoff: Romances

Ekaterina Lekhina studied choral conducting at the music college in Samara, and then studied with Professor S. Nesterenko before graduating from the Moscow Academy of Choral Art with a Master's Degree in Vocal Art. She made her breakthrough performance when she performed Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflöte at the same theatre. Recently Ekaterina has sung Olympia in Les contes d’Hoffmann at the Opera Festival, Klosterneuburg, Austria and in Tel Aviv conducted by Frédéric Chaslin.
