March 2012, Pentatone released a tribute to Yakov Kreizberg exhibited in a double-album. In the first album, we can enjoy his conducting for the work of Antonín Dvořák including Vodník Op. 107 (The Water Goblin – Der Wassermann), Polednice Op. 108 (The Noon Witch – Die Mittagshexe), and Zlatý kolovrat Op.109.

While on the second album, there are his performances conducting the collection of Claude Debussy, Richard Wagner, Franz Schmidt, Johann Strauss , Aram Khachaturian, Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky. This album presents Kreizberg’s collaboration with Julia Fischer, Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, Wiener Symphoniker, and Russian National Orchestra.

At the time of his death he held the posts of Artistic and Music Director of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo, and Chief Conductor and Artistic Advisor of the Netherlands Philharmonic and Netherlands Chamber orchestras.
