Bruno Mars
11x time GRAMMY Award winner Bruno Mars is one of the best-selling artists of all time.

DOO-WOPS & HOOLIGANS marked the landmark debut of a remarkable new artist. The album – which peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200 – has gone on to achieve global album equivalent sales of 15.5 million. Now boasting more than 7.8 billion total streams, DOO-WOPS & HOOLIGANS is certified RIAA 6X platinum, the longest-charting debut album on Top 200 and #4 longest-running of all time.

His most recent album, the critically acclaimed, 3x platinum-certified 24K MAGIC, made an impressive debut atop Billboard’s “Top Digital Albums” and “Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums” charts upon its 2016 arrival. The album includes the 7x platinum-certified, #1 single, “That’s What I Like” – Mars’ seventh “Hot 100” chart-topper and first-ever #1 on the “Hot R&B Songs” chart, affirming him as one of the few artists to have written and produced each of his #1 hits as well as to have a #1 song on the “Hot 100” from each of his first three studio albums.

Among his truly countless accolades, Mars is a 4x Guinness World Record holder, with his milestone 2015 NFL Super Bowl Halftime Show drawing a record-breaking total viewership of over 115.3 million. Mars also holds the world record as the “First Male Artist to Achieve Three 10 Million Selling Singles”, while 2016’s 2x GRAMMY® Award-winning, worldwide #1 collaboration with Mark Ronson, “Uptown Funk,” made history for the “Most Weeks at #1 on the U.S. Digital Song Sales” chart.

Anderson .Paak
After a handful of releases under the name Breezy Lovejoy, singer, rapper, drummer, and producer Anderson .Paak broke through with six songs on Dr. Dre's 2015 album Compton. Born and raised in Oxnard, California, Brandon Paak Anderson's first experience as a musician came as a teenage drummer in a church band. As an adult, he helped manage a marijuana farm in Santa Barbara while working on a debut album, but when he lost his pot job unexpectedly, the recording costs had put him in deep debt. Shafiq Husayn of Sa-Ra hired him as an assistant, and with access to the Sa-Rastudio, Paak finished his debut album. O.B.E., Vol. 1 landed in 2012 as a Breezy Lovejoy album, but he didn't get to promote the release much as he soon hit the road as drummer for American Idol contestant Haley Reinhart. His 2013 all-covers EP, Cover Art, arrived as the first Anderson .Paak release. A year later he issued Venice, an album featuring production from DJ Nobody, Tokimonsta, and others. In 2015, Paak joined Dr. Dre in the studio and landed on six songs on the legendary producer's third album, Compton. Paak's second proper album, Malibu, was issued in early 2016 with contributions from 9th Wonder, Rapsody, and Kaytranada. It debuted at number nine on the Billboard R&B/hip-hop chart and was followed only nine months later by Yes Lawd!, a full-length recorded with producer Knxwledgeunder the alias NxWorries. Shortly thereafter, Malibu was nominated for a Grammy in the category of Best Urban Contemporary Album, while Paak himself was up for Best New Artist. Rapsody's Laila's Wisdom, one of several releases on which he made a guest appearance during this period, was nominated the same year for Best Rap Album. As Malibu tracks were licensed to the films Everything, Everything, Pacific Rim Uprising, and Marvel's Iron Fist, Paak made appearances on Chris Dave and the Drumhedz and Black Panther: The Album. In October, 2018 Paak issued the single "Tints," featuring Kendrick Lamar, ahead of the release of the full-length Oxnard, which arrived later that November.
