With their passion and refreshing musical interpretations both as a duo and as soloists, Anouchka and Katharina Hack enliven concert stages in Germany and throughout Europe. Venues at which they have appeared include the Beethoven House in Bonn, Gasteig Munich, Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris, and Konzerthaus Dortmund.

The duo perform numerous recitals that are enthusiastically acclaimed by critics and audiences alike and have been the recipients of many awards. They have made radio broadcasts with WDR and NDR as well as for Medici.tv. Anouchka and Katharina Hack have appeared at the lunch concerts of the Berlin Philharmonic at the Berliner Philharmonie as well as at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival. They have given concerts throughout the world, including in the U.S. and China and in numerous European countries.

Anouchka and Katharina Hack are regular guest soloists with a number of orchestras and have featured with the Zagreb Soloists, Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra, and Sinfonia Rotterdam. In addition to their solo appearances, they also perform with orchestra in double concertos. The duo was honored with the Young Artist Award at the International Music festival Buxtehude & Altes Land.

Katharina Hack, born in 1994 in Cologne, and Anouchka Hack, born in 1996 in Antwerp, received their musical training from Bernd Glemser and Frans Helmerson, among other teachers. They have benefited from further artistic inspiration from David Geringas, Steven Isserlis, Andrzej Jasiński, and Gautier Capuçon.

Anouchka and Katharina Hack receive support as scholarship holders of the Mozart Gesellschaft Dortmund, Oscar and Vera Ritter Foundation, Artur and Lieselotte Dumcke Foundation, and German Music Foundation. As a prizewinner of the German Musical Instruments Fund, Anouchka Hack plays a cello by Bartolomeo Tassini, Venice 1769.
