The trademark of the band "PLANET JAZZ 'n' more" is the intoxicating mixture of jazz, swing and Latin. A concert evening promises the atmosphere of a grooving jazz club, combined with the lightness of a Caribbean attitude to life and a journey back in time to the swinging 1950s.

Inspired by old masters like Nat King Cole and contemporary role models like Michael Bublé, "PLANET JAZZ 'n' more" interprets standards and their own compositions. The band around Daniel Spichiger plays ballads sensitively, just as they are able to inspire their audience with sparkling interpretations.

Daniel Spichiger from Solothurn studied "Jazz Composition & Arranging" in the USA, was on the road there for a long time in various formations and writes his own songs. He is ideally complemented by Interlaken jazz saxophonist Rolf Häsler and his passionate and technically perfect solos. The versatile double bass player Michael Leuenberger gives the sound the perfect foundation. And drummer Lukas Bitterlin's powerful playing lets the band take off - towards "Planet Jazz"!
