Out of print for over a decade, this atmospheric 2011 library funk gem has become a rarity, fetching absurd prices in the second-hand market. The 2024 reissue has undergone exquisite remastering by Jukka Sarapää from Timmion Cutting.

"The Magic In Threes", a collection of eccentrically crafted, smoked out, loced out psychedelic soul recordings. The goal of this record was to simultaneously capture the essence of 70 s library music, and Rudyard Kipling s "The Jungle Book." Over the course of the sessions, the album transformed into an amalgamation of styles from latin joints to melodious expeditions into mystical soul music. This is the perfect record for a lazy day. Could it be the soundtrack to a movie that may not exist? Could it be an instrument to clear the mind of all distractions? Formed in 2010, Magic InThrees is an instrumental combo specializing in psychedelic cinematic-soul. Heavy on atmosphere and quite smoked out.

Magic InThrees return with this collection of delightfully smoked out, Library inspired instrumentals. Following in the footsteps of their highly enjoyable 2011 debut, "Return of..." combines many shades of many moods into a tight record that finds a nice balance between strange hype arrangements and super chill "couch-lock" inducing slow jams.

Highly influenced by the library genre, this album embarks on a cinematic soul journey from the opening note, through the interlude, straight to the closing credits.
