Info for Ten Thousand Fists

Disturbed impressively prove that they know their craft with their album Ten Thousand Fists. The album features the title track Ten Thousand Fists and the single Stricken Geneckbrecher in the typical Disturbed style. But there are also quieter tones - for example in Overburdened. Ten Thousand Fists is a successful Disturbed album that belongs in every fan's collection.

"The title track of the debut The Sickness is still played in every rock disco today, the second album Believe shot straight from zero to one in the US charts - and Ten Thousand Fists is clearly the best album to date by the modern metal protagonists from Chicago. Such a density of hits is almost unbelievable - songs like "10,000 Fists", "Just Stop", "Deify", "Stricken", "Overburdened" or the Genesis cover (!) "Land Of Confusion" could all be released, airplay would be guaranteed. Added to this is "Son Of A Plunder", the best Disturbed song ever, which simply overshadows everything that has been released in this area this year. David Draiman has also improved significantly and puts not only power and energy into his vocals, but also a lot of feeling, and Dan Donegan is one of the best and most precise anyway. Guitarists in his field. It would be nice and more than fair if Disturbed finally made their big breakthrough in Germany with Ten Thousand Fists - crossover potential (also in the direction of real metal) is there anyway." (Boris Kaiser)
